Applications are invited from the candidates having domicile of Sindh Province against the following vacant posts of Prison Constable / Lady Prison Constable ( BPS - 05 ) in Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service
1- Prison Constable (BS-05) / No. of Posts 1258
Qualification:
- Matriculation from a recognized board of secondary education.
Physical criteria Qualification: -
- Height: 5 Feet 5 Inches.
- Chest: Minimum 33 inches with a 1.5-inch expansion.
- Running: 1600 meters in 07 minutes.
2- Lady Prison Constable (BS-05) / No. of Posts 97
Qualification: -
- Matriculation from a recognized board of secondary education
Physical Criteria :
- Height: 5 Feet
- With Sound Health
- Walking: 800 meters in 14 minutes
Term and Conditions:
1. Application form along with the deposit slip can be downloaded from PTS Website www.pts.org.pk.
2. The application should not be accompanied by any document. All candidates shall sign a declaration that all information provided by him is correct.
3. The actual verification of original certificates will only be done in respect of candidates who are called for an " Interview and any applicant having made an incorrect/false declaration shall stand disqualified automatically at any stage.
4. Candidates already in Government Service fulfilling the condition of eligibility criteria can also apply.
5. No application shall be entertained after the last date of submission of the application.
6. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
7. Candidates qualified in the physical test shall only be called for a written test by PTS. Test venue and date shall be communicated separately.
8. Date, time & venue of all tests shall also be intimated later through SMS and call letters on the website from PTS.
9. No TA / DA will be given for the test/interview.
10. Minority Quota shall be observed as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.
11. No relaxation in the upper age limit is allowed.
12. The applicants can be posted anywhere in Sindh.
13. Test fee is non - refundable/non - transferable.
14. Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service have the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies. Last Date 22-08-2022.
HOW TO APPLY:.
- Please download the Application form and Deposit Slip from PTS Website: www.pts.org.pk.
- Pay the prescribed test fee in any of the countrywide online branches of HBL and UBL and fill up the Application form properly.
- Please send the filled-up Application Form along with a paid copy of the PTS Deposit Slip in original to PTS Headquarters, 3rd Floor, Adeel Plaza, Fazl - e - Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.
- PTS shall not be held responsible for late delivery of application forms through Post/courier services.
- Application Forms improperly filled-up, incomplete without paid copy of deposit slip, " handwritten post where an option for selection of post is already available and submitted by hand will not be entertained.
- The last Date for Submission of the Application Form is 22-08-2022
- Application Received after Expiry of the Last Date, will not be entertained & shall stand ineligible.
- NOTE: Please do not attach educational certificates with the application form at this stage.
- The test Fee is non - refundable and non - transferable.
