How to create a Expand Text Effect and Wallpaper

Step 1: Create a new file by 800×600.

 Create a new layer, and select the showdown tool.

 

What you want Type your text, For the example.

Right click on the text layer and select showdown Blending Option.

With the blending menu open, add the settings showdown.

 

Click OK to apply the setting. After the layer effect is applied, hold Ctlr and click on the text layer to select it. By doing that you will get the selection showdown.

 With the layer selected, apply the option below.

 With the setting applied, create a new layer below the text layer

fill it with white using the paint bucket.
